Service Activation (Delivery)

SerpZen.com is a digital SaaS product. After a successful payment, your subscription and features are activated instantly for the selected plan. You will receive a confirmation email and can view your current plan in the Billing page.

• Plan limits (keywords, projects, quotas) are visible in the app and apply immediately.
• Invoices are issued electronically. You can request a copy by contacting support if it’s not attached to the payment email.

Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Because SerpZen provides immediate access to digital features, completed billing periods are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.

• For accidental purchases or duplicate charges, contact us within 14 days. We will review and assist.
• Plan upgrades/downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next period as indicated during change.
